Easy to set up and adjust, a single adjuster knob controls both compression and rebound damping with 48 clicks of adjustment available. Too soft? Just add a click or two and feel the difference. Too hard and you can soften the damping as you wish. Spring preload is simply and easily set by the threaded spring collar with the supplied C spanner.

The Ride Height Adjuster option offers an adjustable length shock absorber which enables you to alter the height of the machine without changing the spring preload. Primarily used in competition to modify the geometry of the machine, the ride height adjuster can also be useful in changing the height of a machine to suit riders of different heights.

Features and specification:

Gas Cell Twin Tube Construction: The twin tube construction coupled with a sealed gas cell gives a consistent damping that is both reliable and effective in all conditions. The combination of comfort and performance, even on poor road surfaces, is superb.

Damping Adjustment: A simple, easy to use, single adjuster with up to 48 clicks controls both compression and rebound damping at the same time in a fixed ratio. You can turn the adjuster by hand or with a flat bladed screwdriver. Simple but very effective, the M Shock is easy to set up while the clicker system ensures you always know your settings.

Springs: Precision wound, linear rate coil spring, hardened, tempered and shot blasted before being treated with a tough, long lasting epoxy polyester finish. As each shock absorber is built to inividual order, optional spring rates and the appropriate damping rates are available at no extra cost. Note: Optional spring colours subject to availability

Components: All components are machined on state of the art CNC machinery, using the latest CAD and CAM techniques. This enables first rate precision which translates to the best in reliability and performance at a sensible price. All the parts are machined from solid without any castings or welded components. The fixing points of a shock absorber are critical to performance and reliability. Often highly stressed, these areas need to be of exceptional quality. All our fixings are CNC machined from solid 6082 T6 aluminium and for the most part, use SKF, maintenance free, PTFE lined spherical bearings protected by nitrile seals behind the pressed in spacer bushes. The fork fixings are also CNC machined from 6082 aluminium, and threaded fork fixings have steel inserts to strengthen this critical area.

Every shock absorber is 100% tested on Shock Factory's state of the art Roehrig shock absorber dyno before leaving the factory. The tests are computer controlled and comprise a minimum of 150 cycles to assure quality and performance.

Ride Height Adjuster Option: This option offers an adjustable length shock absorber which enables you to alter the height of the machine without changing the spring preload. After Sales Service: All M-Shocks are rebuildable at the factory. All rebuilds, repairs or modifications undergo the same testing and carry the same 2 year guarantee as a new product.
