Shipping

We may deliver your goods in instalments if all the goods are not available for dispatch at the same time.

Overseas / Shipping Charges

We supply to both UK and international customers. If your country is not listed at the Checkout page, please contact us for a shipping quote.

No additional duties or taxes are applicable to any goods supplied within the UK or EU. (Businesses within the EU can be supplied net of UK VAT if they provide us with a valid EU tax number).

For customers outside of the EU, we supply goods exclusive of UK taxes. UK tax is automatically removed from the price at the Checkout once you have selected your shipping destination. Local import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibility.  If you have any questions regading local duties and taxes then you should check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.

Stock Availability

We do not guarantee availability from stock for all items. We generally hold most items in stock, most of the time, but on occasions parts may not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. We aim to dispatch most goods within 48 hours of order, and deliver most products within 2 - 14 days.

Returns

If you wish to return any products to us for any reason, please contact us first on 00 44 (0) 1332 865 006 or by email within 7 days. Goods must be returned in an unused new condition and in original packaging within 7 days of informing us of your intention to return them. All returned goods should be sent by Recorded Delivery or a similar secure service to ensure goods arrive safely back to us, as they remain your property and responsibility until signed for by us. Please include your name, address and invoice number in the package and reason for return. We refund the cost of goods only, as shipping / postage charges are costs we incur on your behalf. Goods which are bike specific and have been ordered in for you are special order items and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty or defective. Goods will only be exchanged or refunded once we are in receipt of the returned items.

We refund 100% of the cost goods returned, we do not charge handling fees for goods returned within 7 days. After 7 days we may accept the return of goods at our discretion, and reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee for these items.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or defective, it should be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery to you, a replacement item will be offered, if this is not acceptable then you will be given a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.Our full liability is limited to the cost of goods only.
