Winding Roads was established in 2004 to bring quality motorcycle accessories and products to the motorcycle market. Frustrated at the lack of choice and the quality of products to fit the types of bike we rode, we decided we couldn’t be the only ones out there looking for good quality kit. Since then we have become the UK importers for a number of now established, quality brands, as well as retailers for a number of other quality brands as well.
Unlike many internet sellers we are a real ‘bricks and mortar’ company, we do not operate from a garage or bedroom at home. However we are not a high street retail shop, and so unfortunately are unable to accomodate vistors except by prior appointment.
As we do not have an on-site showroom or facilities for the public, we are unable accomodate customers on site.

We want you to be fully satisfied with the goods you purchase from Winding Roads. If for any reason you are dis-satisfied with the goods you have purchased please contact us immediately to arrange return, when a full refund (goods only) or replacement will be offered (subject to terms and conditios). Please note, specially ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty or defective.
We offer a secure payment facilites accepting most major credit / debit cards through Sage Pay. When you enter your confidential credit card details your order is transferred for processing by Sage Pay. Your credit card details are not stored on our server.
Sage Pay, is approved as a payment solutions provider by all the major UK banks including Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland and HSBC.
Sage Pay uses industry standards for secure encrypted communication over the World Wide Web. HTTP/SSL is supported by nearly all web browsers, including Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Once the transaction is approved by Sage Pay, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation and we will receive your order. Using these safety measures means that we can ensure that the risk of online credit card use is generally lower than traditional "low-tech" transactions.
We no longer accept payment by cheque, but payment can be made by bank transfer (for UK transactions only) if you prefer. Please contact us for our banking details. Goods will only be dispatched when funds are cleared into our account.
We also accept paymnet via PayPal.
All credit / debit card transactions are fully security checked prior to dispatch of goods. Random detailed checks and telephone verification checks are also carried out.

If you wish to return any products to us, please contact us on 01332 811235 or by email immediately. Goods must be returned in an unused new condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods should be sent by Recorded Delivery or a similar secure service, within 14 days. Please include your name, address and invoice number in the package and reason for return.
To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be new, unused or fitted and returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Any items returned to us for a refund other than a genuine warranty claim that were subject to free carriage, will be subject to a charge to cover our delivery costs and administration fee which is currently £3.95. We refund the cost of goods only, as shipping / postage charges are costs we incur on your behalf. Goods which are bike specific and have been ordered in for you are deemed special order items, and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty or defective.
All of the products sold on this website are offered with a standard,12 month, UK warranty and or guarantee on a ‘return to base’ basis. Neither we nor the manufacturer are responsible for any shipping costs to return goods unless faulty or defective at time of delivery.
The prices are correct at the time of posting. Due to circumstances beyond our control these can alter without prior notice. All prices include UK VAT at the current rate of 20%. All transactions are charged in Pounds Sterling. UK VAT is not charged on orders for delivery outside of the EU.
We do not and cannot guarantee availability from stock for all items. We do try our best, but for some manufacturers, their ranges are simply too large for us to afford to be able to stock everything, all the time. So,on occasions parts may not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. We aim to dispatch most goods within 48 hours of order, and deliver most products within 2 - 14 days.
You may not cancel or return orders for goods that are bike specific, are non stock items, or have been specially ordered or commissioned or personalised goods.
Credit Card Fraud
Due entirely to the increase in credit card and mail order fraud, we reserve the right to send goods only to a card holders address which has been verified with the card provider company.
