Shipping & Returns

VAT & Local Taxes

These are also explained in the Shipping & Returns link at the bottom of the page. All our prices include UK VAT and delivery. Deliveries outside of the UK will be shipped exclusive of UK taxes, but may be be subject to local taxes. It is the customer’s resposnibilty for any local taxes and charges due on delivery. We do not supply false customs declarations.

Currency & Payments

Winding Roads is a UK company and all our prices and payments are taken in UK pounds (£). We accept on line payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercardand bank transfer.

Stocking

All Shock Factory shock absorbers are built to customer order and the specitifcations you require. Orders are normally processed and delivered in 10-14 working days.

Customer Visits / Collections

We do not have an on-site showroom or facilities for the public, so unfortunately we are unable accomodate in person visits by customers.

Credit Card Fraud

Due entirely to the increase in credit card and mail order fraud, we reserve the right to send goods only to a card holders address which has been verified with the credit card company.
